How one lives is quite different than how one sells. Since there were small children in the house, it makes sense to have the toys where Mom and Dad can keep a watchful eye on them. However, when it’s time to sell, a prospective buyer wants to visualize themselves in the space. These clients got to work and moved things around a bit, taking down personalized photos and putting the toys in a basement play area. We then returned to do the final staging.
