We had an email from a blog reader in South Carolina wondering where we were from. When I looked back at our blogs, no where does it mention that we’re from Madison, WI. This is a photo of the Frank Lloyd Wright Monona Terrace Convention Center. The view is spectacular whether you are on top of the Terrace looking down into Lake Monona, or in Lake Monona looking up at the Convention Center. It’s the lighting that really sets it off. There are a few houses on Lake Monona that also have “got it right” when lighting up their place from either the lake side or the curb side. If you are selling your house, be sure and “leave a light on.” It really makes your house more welcoming.
Even when Lake Monona is frozen solid, Madison is still a great place to be. Remind me next January that I wrote that!
